Virtual Registration Fees include

  • Access to the virtual platform to participate live over the 20 - 23 September 2021
  • Recordings of sessions (where speaker permission is given) for 6 months post-Meeting

* Society Membership 

In order to register at the member rates offered, you must be a current financial member of HSANZANZSBT or THANZ. If you are not currently a member but would like to join to take advantage of the reduced registration fees as well as Society benefits, please contact the Societies for more information on the membership criteria and cost. 

** Student Registration

To qualify for the student rate, you must provide evidence that you are a full time student at the time of the Meeting. Accepted forms of evidence include a letter from the university registrar’s office confirming your enrolment status or an official transcript of the classes you are undertaking.

 

Adelaide Hub Registration

After you have purchased your virtual registration, you can choose to add on your hub attendance if you wish to attend in Adelaide. The Adelaide Hub will feature a delegate lounge where you can connect your device to stream the sessions live as well as an exhibition area. Places at the Hub will be capped based on physical distancing requirements and all COVID SAfe practices will be followed. Please book your hub attendance early to avoid missing out.

* Please note: Corporate and Industry registrations are available on a limited basis and at the discretion of the Organisers. If you are a Corporate or Pharmaceutical representative interested in having a presence at Blood 2021, please consult the Sponsorship and Exhibition Prospectus or contact us prior to registering your staff.

Confirmation of your registration and a tax invoice will be sent upon receipt of your online form and fees. 

 

Publication of Abstracts

Registration is a prerequisite for publication of abstracts in final program. 

 

Terms & Conditions 

  • Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to Blood 2021.
  • All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 10%.
  • If you did NOT tick ‘Privacy Required’ on the first page of the online registration form, it is assumed that you agree to have your details published in the list of participants.

 

Cancellations: 

  • Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company via email of the replacement delegate's name and contact details
  • If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund less a cancellation fee of A$100 will be made, providing notification is received prior to 10 August 2021. Cancellations made after 10 August 2021 are non-refundable. 
  • If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the meeting is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
  • Should any border restrictions or lockdown affect your ability to attend the hub at short notice, we will work with individuals affected to provide alternative solutions.
  • By registering for the Meeting you are confirming consent for any video and photographs taken at the Meeting which you are in may be used by the Organising Committee in promotion of the Meeting.
