We appreciate the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact on the ability of attendees to travel for Meetings. While we continue to monitor the situation over the coming months, the safety of attendees is a top priority and we will be working with the venue and suppliers to ensure all the latest guidelines and safety procedures are followed.
The Adelaide Convention Centre has re-opened with a comprehensive COVIDSafe plan in place, please review their policy for the current plans.
In addition, we are working with all our accommodation providers to ensure they all have satisfactory safety plans in place to follow the latest guidelines issued by SA Health and the Australian Department of Health.

Spring sees Adelaide’s weather warm up with average temperatures between 11.8 - 22°C (53.2 - 71.6°F). Rainfall is low but evenings can be quite brisk as temperatures drop quickly.

If you do not wish your details to be provided to sponsors or other delegates, please select the appropriate option on the registration form.
Dress for all scientific sessions is smart casual. Dress for the Gala Dinner will be advised once the theme is finalised.
Name badges will be given to all delegates on registration. We ask that you wear your badge at all times, including social functions. Entry tickets will be given for all social and optional events.
Should you require any specific assistance or have specific catering requirements, please provide this information where indicated on the registration form or contact us to discuss what we can provide to support your attendance.
